Victory! BPA Ban Signed into Law

Last night, California Governor Jerry Brown sign the Toxin-Free Infants and Toddler’s Act into law!

This valuable legislation will keep Californian kids safer and healthier by banning bisphenol-A (BPA) from baby bottles and sippy cups.  This would not have been possible without the thousands of CEH supporters who have shown their support for this bill over the past year, as we teamed with other environmental health allies to push it through Congress.

This victory is also proof of how much we can achieve when we team up to pass common-sense legislation to protect the health of families and communities across the state.

Even better? Other states and countries will benefit from this landmark law, since California embodies such a large consumer market and produces standards other manufacturers aim to replicate.

But the fight isn’t over yet.  Let’s let this victory drive our efforts in the fight for a toxic-free world—the BPA shows just how much we can accomplish with your help.  So, join our community where you’ll receive opportunities to take action—all in the name of your family’s health.
